If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can use our service for the given month and stop paying.

Returns

As we are a service-based provider, returns are not applicable. Any service you have taken means we have already done the full effort in advance. From the next month onward, you can stop making payments if you feel the service is not suitable for you.

Refunds

We do not accept refunds. As mentioned above, by the time you make the payment we have already done the necessary efforts, so you are eligible to enjoy the service for the full month.

Refund Method

In the exceptional case where a refund is approved, it will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction — i.e., the same card, bank account, or payment-initiated media through which the payment was made.

Exchanges

If you would like to change your service for a different category, you will be able to do so by sending us an email. We will send you the extra amount that you will have to pay us. All instructions will be sent via email.

Non-Returnable Items

All of the services that we provide are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

As this is a service-based system, return shipping is not applicable. As we do not accept returns, you can enjoy the entire month with the service we provide.

Processing Time

As refunds are not applicable to our services, there is no refund processing time to define.
